The Web Design Suite focuses on developing the visual graphic and information design skills required to create compelling Web sites. Students studying this program at NSD learn professional applications for Macromedia Dream weaver, Adobe Photoshop, and Flash, or equivalent software tools. Course projects include Web page design using HTML, tables, frames, and CSS. Thus developing a strong foundation by regular interaction with the industry gurus, internship and hands-on assignments.

 

The suite includes theory, practical and training sessions in software related to the respective subject. The course duration comprises of on-site visits to various industries like advertising agencies, newspaper offices, and animation studios and guest lectures delivered by imminent names from the trade.

 

The students shall also work on various design assignments.

 

Duration: The duration for the above course is twelve months.

 

Eligibility: 10 + 2 or an equivalent examination

 

Internship:The last three months would be dedicated to

internship, projects and portfolio making.
